Yvette i think you should speak to a priest about that if the groom in your case is a Catholic its possible but if im not mistaken if neither party is Catholic NO!!!

The best thing to do is to inform your self at the rectory of your local Catholic Church and register your self then the fee won't be as much as if you weren't registered 😉
