I've been to this location twice now and both times the people drawing my sample were extremely polite and friendly. When you mention that you don't like watching the process they both went out of their way to keep genuine and interesting conversation going. The counter staff always seem super efficient in getting you set up, and once you figure out their computer check in (self-help) system it's pretty quick. The location always looks very clean and cared for as well.

Tanny made my experience wonderful! Great conversation and she took her time to make me feel at ease during my blood draw. I look forward to coming back and using the same facility next time I need to donate blood or something else fun :)

I don't understand how this location is consistently allowed to operate so dysfunctionally. I was the first person here right when they opened and I'm still waiting an hour later. I need labs routinely and can attest that the other locations run normally without outrageous wait times. WHY they can't hire more people to deal with the amount of patients they have? I only came here again in a pinch thinking that if I was first in, I'd be ok. WRONG. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. I will NEVER come here again. It is unacceptable to keep patients waiting for hours.

It was a walk- in as I didn’t schedule any appointment. I expected to wait longer honestly but I didn’t wait 30 minuets. The Clinc provided me with a great service. The staff were pretty nice and the place was so clean. Vicky who drew my blood was pretty nice and quick. Thank you!
