Glendale Housing Authority was cool; three employees I talked to were efficient and helpful. But the security guard not only seemed to not comprehend English, he was offensive. To explain: I told Security three times I wanted Glendale Housing Authority...each time he sends me to Water and Power. I talked to Water and Power employee, she said my destination was on opposite side of building. So I walk to my destination and the guard gets hostile and gestures to me to return to Water and Power. I tell guard a third time where I was going...that's when I realized the problem was that he seemed to not comprehend English very well. Not total lack of comprehension, but still sadly low. I was not angry but his bad behavior did amuse me.
