Where can i get a voucher??
People do adopt fur companions from private parties & it would be great if the animal was already fixed prior to an adoption but that's rare. Undoubtedly were the cost not so prohibitive there could be a little more motivation to get I done. Hopefully this disabled veteran can find an affordable service.
The SPCA has a vaccination clinic on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 9-11 a.m. no appt. needed. Our spay/neuter clinics are the 2nd Sunday and Monday of the month by appt. only. https://www.spcaoflakecounty.com/spay-and-neuter-clinics
The SPCA is there to fix animals and they do it with vouchers or low cost. They also do vaccines there.
I believe that SPCA is not even open anymore but the building is still there & they hold clinics there from time to time so if you were to obtain a voucher from one of the places that give them out then theres a chance that the clinic may be held there to get your animal fixed. Im wondering where your disabled veteran is adopting a dog from that the dog isnt already spayed because normally an adopted dog is already spayed when one adopts them.
