My parents went in to return some clothes that did not fit my mother. The somewhat short overweight guy at the register with a beard complained to them and was rude about it. According to my mother he commented very rudely and asked why she didn’t try them on before buying if they have fitting rooms there. That is none of his business to even comment on or ask about. I was there the day that my mother made the purchase and we did not have time for her to try them on. These comments and rude behavior were unacceptable and unnecessary. We love Kelseyville lumber but disliked this person’s customer service.

Great store , wide variety of products , clean well stocked , friendly/knowledgeable staff ready and willing to help you select what you need , then carry and help load your purchase ... AND a great restaurant to boot . Oh yes , the prices are not only competitive , but they beat most of their competitors most of the time ... plus plenty of parking that's easily accessible .

I bought a bunch of electrical PVC pipe there as well as PVC junction boxes. They also sell CPVC which works on shark fittings. Plus copper! They also carry ABS waste pipe too!
