For the price I paid I enjoyed the place, however, it's not as advertised. You can tell this place (including the town around it) used to have more love than it does now.

I don't know how this place still exists, in some point I thought JASON was going to show up, it is abandoned, when you get there you have to call someone to get the code of the lockbox that is in your room, rooms smell like sh¥t, full mosquitos inside, no service at all, I'd never go there again

Stayed here frequently this summer. The resort has been here for years but recently changed owners. There are very few guests during the week, but usually is full on weekends. Lots of people being their boats or fish. The rooms are sufficient with good amenities like a kurig coffee maker and a mini fridge. The furnishings are worn. Overall, it's an affordable family vacation option in a charming area on Clearlake that has seen more prosperous days.
