Yeah, I can't stand this place either. The guy couldn't pronounce viscosity. 90 percent of their work has got to be oil changes. How can you not know how to pronounce viscosity? Unfortunately, they seem to be the only ones (places like this as well) to go to in an emergency. Place I wanted to go to was booked until August.
