It is $500 + electric for a regular spot, and for a "premium spot" it is $550 + electric. The regular spots have little to no room, pretty much like a usual rv park, just cement pads that you park on. The "premium spots" are more spacious, but it depends on the availability because some of the premium spots have nothing but gravel and dirt... But others have nice green grass and trees... It totally depends on how the previous tenant took care of the spot. The landscapers/maintenance don't improve anything they will only cut the grass if there is grass to be cut, but if it's just gravel or dirt they don't even bother to drop some seeds or put any effort into making it look better. It's all up to the current tenant

The monthly rate for an RV is $510 plus electricity. A premier lot is $540 plus electricity. Premier lots are much bigger than the normal spots, they have a driveway for a car, and they have their own mailbox. Reg spots all share 1 mailbox. 20 spaces one mailbox!!
