What show? What VIP package?
This is a LiveNation question- I assume VIP varies by show. Box office is open m-f 10a-4p.. It's a pain to get to. You can't get there from Chinon, you must enter Marine Way from Sand Canyon and take it till the red/orange cones, then turn left (restricted area). DON'T go past the cones..
