I have no idea on handicap seating prices. As for handicap parking, I have been there twice at least 1 hour before the venue started and the handicap parking was full. With that said, I was persistent on parking close to the entrance with my handicap plackerd. They directed me to VIP parking both times which is closer than the handicap parking and a blessing. Being polite and persistent worked for me twice and they were very nice and made my experience wonderful. If you are handicap, be nice, dont give up.
The pricing should be about the same, but it varies by seating & by what type of concert it is. The parking is free unless you want vip parking
