It's been about 2 years, but the last time I was there, there was a "smoking section" on the outside lawn area- all the way to the side furthest from the preferred parking lot entrance. There were a lot of people smoking cigarettes in that area.

It is no smoking in the stands and most of the area. Have to look for designated areas
I didnt see any no smoking signs but I also didn't observe anyone openly smoking.
Losers were smoking pot openly when i was there, but i never smelled cigarettes.
