When I have been there they have had the bathroom trailers. Kind of in-between a porta potty and real bathroom. Have been fairly clean the two times I have used them.
There were two types, the normal single stall and the larger trailer type porta potty with multiple stalls. Didn't see any permanent restroom buildings.
They have regular bathrooms if they are open but for sure portapotty for a event
Some women went behind the trailer types as if there were some hidden behind the main row
