You could always call and ask, before you go, I believe Carl's Jr has one on the menu. If you are near the airport, there is literally on the next block.
I believe they're done on a grill, if I remember correctly. The guys that make the food seem to genuinely want to make it the best they can so I would imagine they would be willing to do whatever modifications you request. Hope that helps. Maybe someone else knows more...
