The young man who took our order in the drive thru was friendly and personable despite the extremely hot temperature. Food here was top notch. My expectations and hunger levels were pretty high going in because the line was 20 minutes long. Lol Definitely think it was worth the wait, though. They didn't skimp on the toppings of our animal style fries, and the burgers were on point. My only 'complaint' is that my medium rare burger and my boyfriend's medium well burger weren't marked. Plus, there didn't seem to be any perceptible difference between the two patties. Our bellies were happy either way!

I was not use to a worker coming to the car to take our order on a tablet when there was a 30 car line up or more. The lines were already moving pretty steadily too for how busy it was. The amazing taste and structure of the burger made up for the lack of options on the menu. Still amazing! My only recommendation; Add a bacon cheese burger one day. ❤️

First time eating at an In-N-Out Burger. I got their Monster sandwich and fries. Nothing wrong with it, but I prefer other fast food companies with my taste preference. The parking lot/drive-thru was terrible though. Such a slow and lengthy line.

This location is VERY busy. During lunch, expect to wait for a while, inside and outside in the dirge thru lane. Customer service was great. Ordering was easy and simple. By the time we were done ordering, we waited for about 5-7 minutes to get our order and the line was beginning to be out the door. As for the burgers, it was okay. We ordered one burger with extra sauce but it was not written on the burger so we didn't know which double-double had the extra sauce. Parking is easy when it's not busy but if you're planning to go to the drive-thru, expect to wait as this location is very busy. We don't have one in Minnesota so this was our first time here and it's what you expect from a fast food restaurant. Double-double burger was good. The other burgers is what you'd expect them to be. For the price, it wasn't bad for the quality of the burgers. The fries were a miss though. You can see them cooking the fries fresh but they tasted like it was microwaved. Overall, expect it to be busy when it's busy. Not a bad joint but also don't expect it to be better than your favorite burger.
