I have an antique tree lamp that my mom owned and had it shipped to me and was damaged in shipment..its like a cast iron or some metal base and the bottom of the stem at the base is broke...can you fix something like that? I can text you a picture

I would take the lamp in and let him tell you about restoration. He does have antique lamps there! I highly recommend going there.

I had my treasured family antique lamp restored. My suggestion is to take your lamp into the store. He took one look at mine - assessed the situation - quoted a price - and delivered a fully restored treasure. Not all small businesses monitor Google Reviews. Your lamp is worth the effort.
