Ive never had a issue with this person . Hes always been helpful and polite anytime ive gone through his line to check out . I agree about "the black guy" as you started your feedback. It didnt come off as a nice question.

I think you should have just said there was a guy and not mentioned a color. Does it really matter? He was rude and that is not good but that's all you needed to say.
Ok, so you know the rules, right? No card no service...your choice. He followed the rules of his job, which does not say he's rude, it says your entitled...take a deep breath and try being extra polite...just saying
