Had an appointment No one answered any phone line or any type of service to let me in, I waited an entire hour at the front gate until closing without any type of response or help to reclaim my lost dog that was being held there only for its fees of being reclaimed to increase more due to being there even though was waiting for my appointment that was not completed due to no one responding to my calls and helping me to my appointment, horrible service.

We called in to report possible animal abuse, and they never sent anyone to come investigate. I mean, really? The safety and possible life of some animal is in danger and you can't be bothered to do anything about it. Very disappointing, Unreliable, and Unprofessional. Never rely on them.

Officer Penny (I hope I've spelled it right) has been helping us out in our mobile home neighborhood. Lots of feral cats and one that I've tamed. They're all getting fixed and set free. As cute as kittens are, it's better not to have piles of feral kittens. TPD Animal Services as been professional, efficient and helpful for our neighborhood. Five stars, you betcha.

I called the day prior and asked about a dog and they said it was there. I told them I was driving from a ways away, but understood that they can't hold a dog, but I would be there first thing tomorrow when they opened. I showed up at opening and the gate was not opened yet, so I parked on the street. For some reason the lady that unlocked the gate was harassing me about not parking in their lot, which was odd. Once inside, I was told that the dog I called about had been gone days ago. I understand that we can't be gaurenteed a dog, but the fact that the person could have told me that dog was already gone the time I called, but didn't have the right information or was too lazy to look was really bad service and wasted hours of my day.

Sometimes. Usually first come first serve.
Yes but they charge you a rehoming fee.
Should be able to just have to get some papers signed I believe. Give a call and they will let you know the steps
