Yeah... like Brad stated, there's no vehicular access to this spot.
Park at the small parking lot at the corner of Windsor and Ventura, then hike in. It's a couple of miles. There's another way hiking down from the Angeles Crest, but it's brutally steep on the hike out, not recommended.
