More of a dress minimum really. I once saw a guy strip his clothes off and they stopped him at his underwear. Then asked for his shoes back on at least. So at least wear underwear and shoes lol.
Casual dress. Jeans are fine. Button down shirt. The male dancers wear thongs or bikini briefs. This place is a lot of fun. Good music. Good ambiance.
In my experience the look is very lax/casual, but there is always a good handful who dress extra and fun
