Why has a withdrawal of $39.00 been deducted from our account???? How often does this happen? Thought the monthly fee was $23.07?? This is why I don't like giving our personal info to anyone, you can do whatever you want whenever you want!!!!

You pay your monthly fee plus a yearly fee of $39. So you will only be charged the $39 once a year.

The $39 is the yearly club fee. Every member gets hit with this charge.
