Honestly you should consider it a bonus. If mine dooesnt get vacuumed i dont care because i dont expect others to clean up my messes. I take pride in the condition of my own vehicles and prefer to clean them myself. maybe its the military discipline inside me thats screaming at me to tell you that your car should have been clean before it showed up at jiffy lube in the first place. If that were the case then you would not have been upset because you would not have noticed the difference in cleanliness.

Nothing on the seats or very little on floor. It would have been picked up with a vacuum. “It is raining outside” the stated reason they did not clean the windshield.
It could have been worse, I took my vehicle into Minute Lube, the windows were cleaned and the floors were vacuumed but there was a motor oil slick on my leather seats and console try cleaning that up, won't take a vehicle back there in the future
I believe as long as there is nothing on the seat or floor they will vacuum.
