Also, if tickets are general admission, for Regent and there are more expensive tickets for "Row 1" how is that possible since Gen Ad is standing up and there are tickets available for Row 1?

All tickets are standing and generally the same price depending on the concert

For all the shows i've seen at The Regent, GA is just that - standing room wherever is available. Ive seen other venues that have tiered GA tickets though, where its still standing room only but you either need to arrive super early to receive a wristbamd that grants access to the pit area in front of the stage, OR where there are different tiers of GA, with the tiers being closer to the stage being more expensive. Within each tier its still standing room only and whoever arrives first gets a better spot. Perhaps some promoters are doing that for shows at the Regent as well?
