I would say at least a week.
I would call for a definitive answer because the bakery doesn't monitor this site.
If you have time, give them a week or more. Call them if you have a rush, sometimes they can accommodate.
It depends on your order. If you want something very specific order in advance. I've walked in many times and bought cakes that were already made and decorated.
