The park the memorial is in is open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. As for the memorial itself, it's just a small exhibit with about a dozen plaques with information on them and a sculpture in the middle. I think it's well worth seeing.
It's open for public all hours. It's more like an open area in the park. Very small but beautiful. Meaningful.
I went there alone. The impact was so meaningful (several years later) that I hold back tears as I type this. I am proud my political party unabashedly stands at-the-ready to defend Israel & Jewish people again this type of tyranny. “NEVER AGAIN”. Go see it. The designs did an outstanding job at communicating the darkness of that terrible chapter in time.
