Incredible organization. They have 4 divisions - Shredding, Recycling, Landscape Maintenance and Janitorial services. The work performed by their clients (high functioning adults 18 and over with developmental disabilities) is way better than typical organizations. Highly recommend!

I went to Sherman's Deli. It's a little pricey but the food is really good so I guess it's worth it. I had a takeout order and they forgot to give me my bread. I guess that happens.

You can call and ask for the recycling center. They take most appliances working or not.

Monday through friday from 8 am to 4pm , if you call they can pick large furniture or large donations.
Desert Arc does not have a thrift shop. They have contract services, landscaping, janitorial, kitchen services, recycling, electronic waste and secure document destruction. They do accept many donations however depending on the item. You can call to see if they will pick it up or be available for a drop off.

Absolutely! We can use them in our programs for arts and crafts and what is not used will be recycled. Feel free to drop them off at either our Palm Desert or Indio location.
