what are the requirements on cooking food? it is my first time wanting to get a space at the swap meet. What are the steps I need to do in order to rent a space to cook the food i want to sell? How do I rent the space who do I need to call?

We lived about 20 mins away and opted to drive there to speak to someone in person. We were told it's first come first serve unless you rent by the month then you have a permanent space and are let in first. Otherwise you need to get there at 2 hours before they open, I believe 6am they open but this was a year ago. Now the food requirements I don't know we sold other stuff but you can ask when you find out the other info.
