Do they ever answer the phone. Call 7 times no one picked up

It depends on day and who runs the phone...some don't care

I had that problem there just isnt enough employees in each department they are either in the back or restocking you chance of getting an answer from the phone is 2/10

I have been in Walmart many times and it's getting vert hard to find baking tools. Try buying on line and that was pretty half ass. A bread loaf pan but only 6 inches long. What a waste of time.

Ive never had that problem

Customer service in this Wal mart is not a priority. You're better off going in, although I waited for a manager for almost a hour once before leaving.

There are times when I had it both ways they answer the phone and they don't answer the phone it's just depends on who's answering the phones
