Stick to the meats and veggies and you're golden.
Nothing on the menu was marked as gluten free. However.. Not many bbq sauces have wheat in them. Cornbread and coleslaw pretty much never have wheat in them. I'd say "avoid the sandwiches and you will likely avoid the gluten".
I don't recall seeing that on the menu.
