Why do your technicians take soooo long on oil changes?? Doesn't make sense, they say 1 hour is going on 2 1/2 no more, jiffy lube is way faster.

I think they just didn't like you, I was in and out in about 40 min. Maybe it was just the time you went, try when the store is not so busy.
