They don't do oil changes they need to have speed bumps are because people drive so fast over there it's so dangerous and deadly until somebody gets hurt or somebody gets killed they need to do something about that speed bumps will stop people from getting hurt and slow the cars down

Yes, they do oil changes at the Benson location. Call to make an appointment as they're typically busy after noon. Everyday prices are lowest in town (for an oil change). I usually wait or shop in the store, for maybe 45 minutes. (They're typically understaffed and get *really* busy.)
