I'm not aware of Hana Sushi doing an all you can eat? They're a bit more top-shelf than that!!
No all you can eat unless it's a one time special.
I don't ever recall seeing an all you can eat option. But they serve quality rolls that are very good portions. My favorite sushi place I've found outside of Japan.
