Failed to deliver the bbq on the promise date, did not communicate in a forthright fashion. I don't think this was an accident. Happy to sell and basically hope that the customer is okay when they fail to deliver as promise. Poor customer service at the Temecula location. Buyer beware, if its not in stock at the store you can not trust these sales persons information!

The service here is great and they have a large selection! Employees are very knowledgeable. We were helped by Enrique. He was very busy on a Saturday but he still made sure to go between groups and answer everyone's questions as quickly as possible. Thank you for your amazing service. Looking forward to my new hot tub!

Enrique was great - he greeted us when we came in even though he was helping another customer, checked back in with us a little later to let us know he was almost done, and then helped us. He continued to greet other customers as they came in as well - excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable in all the products and gave us a great deal! We couldn't be happier.
