The first time i visited, there was a technician that was opening an older model 360... I didn't ask for details, but I'm thinking they either fix in shop or can get it fixed by someone.
U have to bring it in for them to inspect and get back to you with an update as to what needs to be replaced.
Yes but it's probably better just to buy a new one
