They had dry ice at Winco in Victorville
Dry ice is available at the WinCo in Victorville. It is in a lock box by the self check out. Employee that helps the self checkers can assist you.

Hey Robert none of the WinCo's Food Stores sell dry ice if you want dry ice you can go to Smart & Final that's why I buy mines you have a good day
