I was just there yesterday and I didn't notice any signs saying they are closing. I'm pretty sure they are open. I'd call to make sure, though.
From what I understand WinCo is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week no matter if it's even Christmas I think they're open don't I know for sure but I don't pretty certain I went to WinCo on Christmas morning one year
