Hello Penny, thank you for contacting us. The standard of care suggests to remove the ovaries otherwise, really this is not a spay. So we do not do such procedures since that will not accomplish anything. There is an uterus sparing surgeries that are available but ovaries are removed still in this case as well. The traditional spay removes both ovaries and uterus. Call us if you have any specific questions please. Thank you.
