Why are the two love birds feathers falling out? I think they might need medical attention, they have large bald areas around their necks,backs?

I "believe" its called malting, similar to a dog shedding. But I'm not certain. Consult a vet if concerned.....

There's to many reasons why ask a vet because it might be their diet or because they're making a nest lots of reasons

They sound stressed out

Dome birds pick at their own feathers, either out of boredom, or to line a nest

Moult can be a reason. Diet can be a reason. Remember that some birds are taken in from owners who couldnt care for them
