I would go back to this spa again and again. The services are amazing and the amenities were wonderful. The aromatherapy massage I received was one of the best. I loved that valet parking was validated and that we had pool and steam room access all day. The drinks and chocolates also made our day even more sweet. The staff members at the spa were very kind and they were so accommodating during my visit. It truly made my experience even better! ❤️

Wonderful experience. Came for massages and got to hang out by the pool beforehand. Enjoyed drinks and sun before a truly relaxing session. The therapist was professional and did a great job. All the staff was super friendly and attentive. Can't wait to come back.

Unfortunately, the spa is located next to the pool which was super loud. When I went for my $320 relaxation service, the hotel was hosting a poolside DJ which could be heard over the soft music playing in my room. This meant that, instead of relaxing during my 60 minute massage, I had to tolerate the distractions coming from the pool. I made a comment to my masseuse about it to which she replied that I should complain to the hotel as it was ruining her vibe as well. I had my fiancé call as I was visually upset when I got home. He spoke to Daniel, the manager of the hotel, who said they usually provide the DJ over the weekend. However, clients aren’t notified of this in the brochure or upon arrival and essentially have to tolerate it, otherwise pay a fee to reschedule due to their cancellation policy. Daniel also said he would have the spa manager call him back with a solution to which they never did. I expected a different level of etiquette here and they didn’t deliver. It’s clear they do not value the guests they have. Will not return.

Wow! So glad my husband surprised me with a couples massage for my birthday. This spa is absolutely gorgeous. Really amazing decor and customer service. It definitely has the ‘wow’ factor. Great place to host a party! The robes and slippers are wonderful. The robe is super soft on the inside with a satiny type fabric on the outside-my favorite. The couples massage room was spacious and cozy. We didn’t want to leave. I had a relaxing massage with Jasmine. My husband had a deep tissue/sports medicine style massage with LaJuan. He said that the massage was very intense, but he felt so much better afterwards and would go back. So if you like more pressure/intensity, ask for LaJuan. Jasmine is definitely a better therapist if you want something that makes you feel relaxed and drowsy. The waiting rooms were beautiful. We received complimentary champagne and chocolate. They also had tea, water, fruit, and gingerbread cookies! Only negative would be the women’s lounge. It is small with only two sinks to get ready. And it gets super hot with the steam room and hair dryers. It was 78 degrees and I was super warm. Overall, loved this spa. Planning on going with my mom and one of my friends in the future! Great value, great experience.
