why does the people working at the member counter seem to not be welcoming or eager to help with a smile. They act like they don't like being bothered?

My experience was fun.. you don't have to wait to play machines or even table games.. I had a great time and the dealers where all nice and helpful.. Remember this casino is just starting out so they may have some kinks they need to iron out to be like the rest of the near by casinos but I give them an 8 out of 10..

That's part of why they have the lowest rating of any casino near here. Friendliness isn't one of their prerequisites They just want our money and that's all. The sports make more than the gifts they give away because they don't pay out.

I do not know. My experience was Saturday morning and was hardly like that.

I'm sorry but I went 1 time just to see the casino and I will go back again.

They probably are having a bad day, or something like any other job.. who knows im sure they dont get paid much .
