Jamul casino got the best potential if they add hotels and lazy river....maybe bring young adults with night life club and attraction....the location is there and the staff as well, make it happen!

They do need the hotel. I would of stayed several times if they did. But it costs money quite more than we probably think, and all the approvals that would be needed
