Most large brew kettles are thin stainless steel, and will not work with induction. I have a 4 gallon stock pot that does work on induction. It's not large enough for all grain, so I brew using the boil-in-a-bag method.

Simple answer, yes you can. But you will be limited as to size.

Try boiling a volume equal to your planed brew volume and see if it is practical.
