From what I know thet are not. At the 2 island docks you have to climb stairs to get to the dock. Also if you are able to get on the ship at ventura and planning to stay aboard then its not a wise idea as they anchor the boat by the islands for atleast 5 hours and you will be stuck on the boat for that period of time

No, at least at the first harbor. You have to climb up and off the boat with assistance from crew members. You would most likely only be able to board and disembark at the dock in Ventura.
