I think it's totally fine. Just check in with your kids and let them know. It was my first time at dojo boom, but i've been at sky jump a couple times so im pretty sure it's similar with letting them know...
Even with the waiver some kids still need some supervision for their own safety
Yes the staff their is very helpful. My friends and I have been going for a couple years now and we rarely have our parents there. I don't know how old your kids are but I would assume that if they are old enough to look like they know what their doing then you wouldn't need to be there.
