In Miami, avoid non-chain stores that are in tourist areas like Lincoln Road between Collins and Washington, which have spectacular offers (they are usually scams). The best thing is to buy in recognized times like Best Buy and these cell phones work in Argentina and the sellers (used to selling to the Tourist) advise very well. Best Buy has the best prices and excellent warranty. I always buy there.
