Why doesn't anyone pick up the phone when you call no matter what time of the day it is? trying to reach someone there to ask a question is ridiculous!!

Calling is hit or miss...sometimes I get someone sometimes I don't. Calling during Christmas season is not a great idea.

Going is the fastest way to get what you need. They're real nice.
