Yes, they have tables in a narrow but long patio kind of wrapping around two sides of the building. But it faces the parking lot and the other side of the noisy busy street, so we elected to dine inside. It was much nicer and a much better choice as the atmosphere inside really is reminiscent of a French bistro.
