Is the Park open to just walk. It days it's close until 3pm. I never heard of a park being close to just tio take a walk to be close.

Walking is permitted. 3 pm is probably the park's office.

Yes you can walk the park, never heard of it closing at three normally most public parks shut down at sunset...

There was a bridge being repaired but other than that it should be open to Sunset

Definitely open during daylight hours & most of the park is well lit at night.
