Really cool skatepark, it’s small tho and the park dudes are always enforcing their helmet policy but that’s understandable it sucks if you don’t have a helmet tho

It's open. There's a basketball court on the side and it's a cool place on the side of US1.

You have a choice but it is strongly recommended. Even the pro's wear a helmet depending in the stunt.
