The food is good. But, they have a TERRIBLE service. Specially at the pool bar. The attendants are rude.
I respect your comments, but let me say what I think, my name is mariela rodriguez, maybe many of you here remember me, maybe others don't, but I worked at Señor Cafe as a server for 14 years, during all that time I never treated any client badly, nor did I differentiate between one and the other, for me all of you were important and special, I always treated you with great respect, love and affection, and those who know me know that it was like that and I always attended them quickly, I am sorry to hear those comments and although I already I'm not there, I apologize for that, because Lord coffee is very important to me since it has been part of my life for 14 years and you too and the food is very delicious, I am sure that soon those little details will be solved, and God Bless you all and don't stop drinking the best coffee in Hollywood.
Actually I found this website trying to send a message to tell them they have the worst service
It has always had bad service but the food is great the hispanic women that work behind the counter pay no attention to you if you're white black or any other color except Hispanic and if you're a woman forget it it's twice as bad but the food is excellent I would call and Order ahead and then pick up cuz there's usually a 15 to 20-minute wait time lived in Hollywood for a long long time always have love the food at Senor Cafe the environment however is a little different the seating area inside the restaurant could be a little cleaner and better kept up and again the service could be much better

My longest took about 15 mins and it is always crowded. It sometimes looks like chaos but food and service is great. Besides wait times. Sometimes
