I spent 3 days of serious training with Stephen. This is not a point an shoot experience. This is hardcore/up close tactical handgun training. I hope I never need to use it, but with Stephen's experience and training I now feel confident that I am ready and prepared to protect myself and my family should the need ever arise. I would recommend this course for anyone who is serious about learning how to properly use a handgun in a real world situation.

Steve is a great teacher. I came in knowing almost nothing about guns. We worked together for 4 hours and I learned so much about how the gun works, how to handle it safely, and how to draw and shoot. Steve's communication is clear and direct. I would highly recommend him and Tactical U.

Stephen is a great instructor. Took basic handling fundamentals (stance, grip, sites, draw) and explained the mechanics/reasoning brilliantly. Results immediately... Would recommend for beginner/intermediate/advance owner.

I recommend this training 10 times over, with a rating of a 10/10. As a complete amateur, (someone who never even held a firearm) to someone who has a understanding of the fundamentals now. I was amazed by how disciplined Steve was and how driven he was to have me complete each step for my safety and understanding. Truly there is no other training that takes you to such a high level when getting you prepared to control, respect, and discharge a firearm. This course will get you to where you need to be in order to have a strong base of knowledge, along with there being follow up instructions included. Thank you again for the amazing experience, and I will be planning to book my second lesson in the near future!

Depends on the nature of the class, duration, topics covered and whose teaching it. Not all classes are created equal. Research your instructor. Rule of thumb, you get what you pay for.

Do you offer training and certificate for concealed weapons and fingerprints?

We teach you how to defend yourself with a firearm which is more than most offer. Most CCW classes are a joke. Instructors offer to help fill out applications and do fingerprints for you as a way to make money. We teach you how to run the gun. We issue you a certificate and a very detailed follow up. we do not help you with applications or fingerprints. The application is easy and as far as the fingerprints the state prefers if you make an appointment to go see them. They want to electronically fingerprint you. If you allow the CCW instructor to finger print manually with ink which is what they will do, the state will send you a notice to come and have them redone electronically good for 7 years. Just do it electronically and be done with it. Get your permit faster Also when you mail the state they are slower and usually lose vital info. It also costs you money to fingerprint, photograph and notarize. Just let the state do it. That is why you are paying them an application fee.
